1. Can I bring a picnic?

Yes you can bring food and drink into the arena or otherwise purchase from our range of stalls, which include a selection of bars, hog roast, vegetarian food, speciality sausages. Purbeck ice cream, speciality coffees and fresh fruit.

2. Can I bring in my own chairs and tables?

If you have Picnic Ticket you may bring in your own chairs and low tables. If you have a Gold Circle seat you do not need to bring in tables or chairs.

3. Is there car parking on site?

There is ample free car parking on site at Upton House, this is sign posted from the approach roads and you will be directed to the appropriate car parking by one of the event stewards.

4. Are there disabled facilities at the event?

There is a disabled car park together with disabled access and toilets at the event.

5. What time does the show start and finish?

Public Gates open for all shows at 5:30pm. Show starts 7:30 pm, there will be an interval mid-way through the show (times vary each evening) and the shows are expected to finish at approx. 10pm.

6. Will there be concert programmes at the event?

Concert programmes will be sold by the nominated Charity each evening at a cost of £3 each and all proceeds from the sale of programmes will go to Charity.

7. Will I be able to buy tickets on the gate?

It is expected that there will be limited tickets available to purchase on the door (subject to availability). We would suggest that you call our booking office on 01202 255161 to check availability before setting out to the concert.

8. Where do I put my rubbish?

In the bins provided or take home.
